GROW is the name of Bonnier's global exchange program that is entering its fourth year. GROW is one very concrete way of connecting employees across markets, companies and professions with the ambition to generate new ideas and learning and a deeper understanding of the bigger picture. With the GROW program Bonnier will develop more globally experienced people to the benefit of themselves as well as to their home offices. Bonnier is an international media company with the vision to continuously reinvent the art of publishing. This is a great opportunity to be an integral part of it.
Those participating in 2012, with 20 different Bonnier GROW positions allowing Bonnier employees to change places include positions in ten different countries: Australia, China, Estonia, Finland, Germany, Norway, Slovenia, Sweden, the U.K. and the U.S. The positions are for three-month periods and span from designer to publicity & marketing assistant.
