Meet Niko Misic

Niko Misic credits his working with all his heart for his nomination as a finalist in the Bonnier Sales Awards.

Niko Misic, is not just an expert at selling, having worked in sales at TV4 since 2003. The BorĂ¥s, Sweden native has also studied media and communications at Halmstad University, giving him extra insight into the industry. But as a finalist for the Sales Representative of the Year in the Bonnier Sales Awards, he says his nomination is due to other factors. "I've always worked with all my heart, joy and passion to deliver top results to the company," he says. "It's my way of giving back. I think this factor weighed heavily in my being chosen as Sales Representative of the Year for TV4 Sweden three years in a row, and now to the Bonnier Sales Award nomination as well."

Misic, 32, says that being surrounded by talented and professional co-workers has helped him to always try to be better and reach higher. And his customers also make his work a pleasure. "It's very stimulating when customers thank me for my genuine interest, high level of service and my engagement," he says. "The job requires that I constantly be proactive in protecting my customers' profits - which protects TV4's profits as well."

He says it's easy to be proud to be working for Sweden's biggest and best commercial TV channel. "But I'm most proud of being part of a corporate culture that inspires and lets me and my co-workers develop and grow. It's incredibly rewarding."
