Bonnier Leadership Program

The Bonnier Leadership Program is one of the most appreciated and longest running programs of the Bonnier Media University. It is now an international program conducted in English, facilitating a network of managers from Bonnier companies all over the world. Some may argue that leadership style is something local which looks different in respective country. However, personal leadership always boils down to the same kind of human challenges everywhere: the ability to coach and communicate, to give and receive feedback. Most managers express their need to learn and get more self-confidence in their role as a leader.

What

The objective of the Bonnier Leadership Program is to develop leader and management competence. The participants will learn and practice tools for personal and organizational development. The program will also increase the knowledge of the Bonnier Group as a family company, its values and history.

  • Self awareness of my strength and weaknesses as a leader
  • Coaching, communication and feedback
