Bonnier Advanced Sales Program
Bonnier Media University has a management-training program for sales managers, sales executives and key account managers. Bonnier Advanced Sales Program is part of the process of strengthening the status of Bonnier's sales organization by increasing skills in personal leadership and goal-oriented sales management, creating cross-company networks and instilling a holistic understanding.
Content of the program
Common tools in leadership and coaching. By conducting a profile and leadership test and using it as a tool throughout the program, participants will enhance their knowledge of how they are as leaders and coaches. Entrepreneurship is a key word for the entire program.
Examples of subjects covered by the program:
- How to motivate sales personnel
- How to target sales activities
- How I am as a coach
- How to recruit and develop employees
- How to conduct career appraisals, discussions in conjunction with termination of employment and difficult conversations
- How to reward
- How to negotiate
Format
Eight full days divided into two three-day seminars and one two-day seminar. Overnight accommodation is obligatory for all participants since we hold evening sessions after dinner. Every participant completes a profile and leadership test. The program is conducted in English.
Faculty
Elisabeth Palombo, Bonnier Media University, will lead the program together with different consultants with long experience from sales and leadership.
Program Fee
3,750 EUR, excluding VAT. Board, lodging and travel expenses are not included.
How to apply
Companies within the Bonnier Group are welcome to nominate participants. The Bonnier Media University makes the final decision based on pedagogical reasons and in regards to multiplicity.
