Show Me How, one of Weldon Owen's top titles with 410,000 copies sold in 17 international editions, recently won the Booksellers' Medal of Honor from the Dutch publisher and bookseller industry organization CPNB. The award, which is given to non-fiction books published in the Netherlands, is for books that that not only do a great job of informing readers about a topic without any prior knowledge, but also serve as ambassadors for all books within the genre.The various titles are as ambassador of all books in their genre. Show Me How was picked for its humor and practicality - "A good example of the power of information in book form," the jury said in its nomination of the book for the award.
Show Me How also won the Gold Medal Book of the Year award in the Living Now Book Awards as well, sponsored by U.S.-based packaging, marketing and distribution company the Jenkins Group.
