Signing up for the work exchange program is one thing, but deciding to speak only German and taking language courses is quite another, which is exactly what Nielsen has done since she arrived in Munich almost two months ago.

Readers of Danish health and fitness title  I Form who go online will find a special Christmas treat. Or rather a weapon in the fight against Christmas treats. The I Form site has launched two new applications that help readers keep track of calories - one calculates how much you need to work out to burn off the extra cookies, candy, turkey and other Christmas goodies you've eaten.

ToppLoppet and Other Races a Hit for Bonnier

The latest race from Bonnier companies, ToppHälsa's ToppLoppet, is about having fun says Frida Boisen. It's also about cooperation between different Bonnier companies.

This year marks the first ToppLoppet race – set for October 2 in Stockholm's Hagaparken. Frida Boisen, editor-in-chief for Bonniertidskrifter's health and fitness title ToppHälsa, developed the event together with Bonnier Creative.
