Bonnier.com recently talked with Nicklas Norrby and Sophie Brusberg of TV4, recent winners of the Purple People awards for media sales given out by Mindshare. Norrby won for Media Salesman of the Year and Brusberg for Traffic Manager of the Year.
Among other things, the jury mentioned that "even if he doesn't get all the business, Nicklas doesn't lose heart or carry any baggage to his next business dealing.
