"We felt it was time to give the website a new look to reflect the thoughtful, stylish content we're sharing," says Ganda Suthivarakom, website director. Bonnier Corporation's Garden Design gets new staff and a new look.

Garden Design magazine is reinventing itself with a major redesign, new staff, and fresh editorial focus. William L. Hamilton, former reporter and editor at The New York Times and Martha Stewart Living, is taking over as editor-in-chief and James Oseland, editor-in-chief of Bonnier's Saveur, will be editorial director. Greg Ferro, former executive editor of All You, will be executive managing editor.

A new group within Bonnier Corporation is aimed at the luxury and lifestyle market.

Bonnier Corporation has announced that it is placing five of its top brands under a new publishing unit to establish a stronger position in the luxury and lifestyle market. The brands in the new group are Garden Design, ,Saveur SKI, Skiing, and SNOW.

Bonnier Magazines Finalists for Best Cover of the Year

Four Bonnier Corp. titles are finalists in the 2009 Best Cover contest by the American Society of Magazine Editors. Saveur, Field & Stream, Garden Design and Home: Miami were selected as finalists in their respective categories from among more than 350 submissions.  

The new and exciting part of the cover contest this year is that for the first time the general public will help to decide the winners. All finalists are being posted on Amazon.com so that regular folks including you can choose their favorites. Vote here.

Bonnier Corporation Sweeps the 2009 Florida Magazine Awards with 24 Wins

Islands magazine wins in the major categories of Best Overall Magazine, Best Written Magazine and Best Overall Design.

The U.S. Bonnier Corporation won 24 awards at the 2009 Florida Magazine Awards, breaking the previous record of most awards won by a single company.  The awards were held on Friday, August 7 in Orlando, Florida.

Islands magazine swept the most coveted golds for Best Overall Magazine, Best Written Magazine and Best Overall Design.  They won a total of seven awards.
